Tzuo Lee serves as Vice President of Research for PA Options for Wellness and Advisor to the Penn State College of Medicine with regard to technology, innovation, intellectual property, know-how, organizational technical core competency, research and development strategy, product commercialization, and program execution. Tzuo works closely with the Senior Leadership Team at PA Options for Wellness as well as Penn State University in research and development programs to deliver the concepts, capabilities, designs, and plans to meet these needs. Tzuo ensures the research and development team is structured and organized for long-term success.

In addition, Tzuo continues to drive operational objectives for PA Options for Wellness dispensaries, ensuring compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines as well as optimize procedures in order to provide high quality services and outstanding customer care to the community.  

He holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Temple University, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and completed the IBM Marketing Training program.

As a pharmacist, Tzuo has experience in hospital, community, long-term care, and managed care settings. He specialized in drug utilization review, diabetes management and controlled substance processing. He also was involved with pharmacy process designs and optimizations.

As an engineer, Tzuo worked for IBM and DuPont in various capacities. He started as a manufacturing engineer at IBM working on various federal programs then progressed to development engineer working on developing innovative processes for semiconductor manufacturing. He then migrated to marketing and product support where he worked with customers on developing information systems solutions and resolving existing hardware and software issues.

Tzuo holds pharmacy licenses in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida and is certified in Medication Therapy Management and Immunization.
